SHU's Flags

Flags, something that you can't ignore. You can collect flags from BE or purchase with gold. Stones are easily acquired throught transport. First three slots are reserve for force and attack flags. First slot will always be Force Cap. Then followed by Make TAC Dam% and Make Com Dam% or Make STR Dam% depending on which format you play. But STA heros are for VIPs as STA heros require at least a purple book.

4th and 5th will be your defense and support flags. The image above display a TCA 763 and also a Take TAC -%. This is when you face TCA apponants which you feel you will need extra Tactical damage. These two slots will rotate according to your needs facing different enemies. As for WU, try to use Take STR-% and Take TAC-% as WU's strategy attack can be very high.
