At 101 base level, your first half of super tech will be unlock followed by the rest at 102. This will bring you to a whole new level of tech as the upgrades are at least 45K honor from the beginning. So please save honor as this is a very important sector of enhancement and upgrades. Always max your superrich according to your formation. As for those with Emperor Xian and Zhuge Liang, it is best to max your Operation and inspection as well.
