This is very straight forward, just exchange honor and relic to enhance your equipment. There will be skills unlock every 9 levels of study. This is one of the days to get strong fast. The image below is where you collect your relics. Click on divine. Again check your timing as sometimes it can only be dropping 10 pc per divine.
